I am trying to post the foods we regularity eat around here on my blog so I can have a resource of keeping track of the meals we like (sometime I forget about recipes and then am like oh yeah I loved that)
- 6 -12 egg whites
- 3T TVP (textured vegetable protein)
- 1-2T Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1-2t Mrs. Dash original seasoning
