February Update

Abrahm is 7 almost 8 months old

Our little man is getting crazy! He has learned to army crawl the last two months and he can move it. Getting into all kinds of stuff. The baby gate is pretty much a permanent fixture on the top of the stairs. The older children love having him for a little buddy and are constantly wanting to hold and play with him. He has 6 teeth now can say Mama (first word) Dada and Lalalala which we interpret as Bella since Royce still calls her Lella. He is just a joy to be around. He loves his Mama which is a nice balance because Royce is a total Daddy's boy!OH and he LOVES food, he still likes his milk but man he can put it down, he reminds me a lot of Luke. He just eats and eats and eats whenever anyone else in the family is eating he wants some.

A couple months back I bought Abrahm some footy pajamas from Costco which I love but he kept kicking his feet out and getting them stuck up bent by his stomach. At first I thought it was because they were a little big but he has fully grown into them now and he is still doing it. I finally realized one morning when I was looking at him with no clothes on that he has some serious short little legs and a really long torso. Then a couple days later James was working outside and I noticed he has the same build. Like Father like son lol!

Abrahm is 6 months

And Spring is here Yay! He got his 2 bottom teethvthis month and has been eating baby food and small pieces of table food. Love ya Brahm's

We are often finding him running around with no clothes on lately

Brahm cute face! has been food stalking for a few weeks now so we started giving him little tastes of food and he LOVES it! He reminds me of Luke the way he eats

 When we lived in TX the kids would stand on the porch when James would leave for work and wave good bye. Now they sit on the couch and watch him go each morning. They love there Daddy and anxiously await his return.

 Brahms favorite place to be is anywhere on me so I have taken to strapping him on so I can get stuff done. I love this wrap, it takes a little time to get it on but it is the most comfy carrier I have used.

Everyone else had gone in and he wanted to just go over and over again. Our little wild man.

We went to the Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point with Grandpa yesterday (a good time was had by all)

Sand and Water Table

(Roy has a tendency to just take off sometimes at one point we thought when he was playing with this he just took off and I found at the entrance to the museum. He was easy to spot because he had on the black apron) You have to keep a close eye on this one!

Bella was board at first until she came upon the creative activities like the dinosaur making and sand and water table. She thrives off of creating things.

 Luke loved the museum and was just excited the whole time, asking all kinds of good questions.

Royce's 2nd Birthday

Roy had his 2nd Birthday Jan 27, 2013. James and I are so happy to be this sweet boys parents, he blesses our lives and are excited for each new day with him.

He has grown and changed so much in the past year. 

2 year old Royisms:

• Royce loves to play, play and play. He is creative and likes to dress up in household item, especially the colander which he uses as a hat and the pop corn popper lid which becomes a shoe.
• He still loves milk, bottles and smoothies. He is not a big eater. He doe have quite the sweet tooth and seeks out and devours anything with sugar. We know when Royce is hungry because he starts tearing apart the pantry and the fridge.
• He is good with balls and likes kicking and throwing them, he can catch them pretty well too, he is also an excellent climber. His favorite place to sit is on the kitchen table.
• He loves playing with his siblings. He and Luke wrestle and he likes to swipe Bella's toys just to get a good reaction.
• Roy is a man on a mission! He really enjoys having tasks to accomplish. He goes into a zone when he is in the process of doing something.
• He loves being snuggled. He always comes for a hug and kiss when he gets hurt (physically or emotionally).
• Everybody loves Royce, what can we say but the kids got charisma.

We took them swimming at James Uncle Rons house with cousin Jessie and Brad and their kids the afternoon before his b-day. 

Sunday was Royce's birthday. We gave talks in church that afternoon and it was an experience to remember. Luke and Bella were doing an intermission song ( "I Am a Child of God") between James and I speaking so they were up on the stand with us. We thought they would have total stage fright and sit quietly in their seat. We were wrong! They were squirmy and wiggly while I was talking they both stood up right next to me and started playing with things Bella even started dancing at one point lol! They did end up singing the song and it was so sweet to see how brave they were. We loved it, but we also learned something that day.

After church my Mom and James sister Heather and her family came over for a little party.

Happy Birthday Bradley

My sister Heathers little boy, Bradley had his 7th birthday in January. We met them at Chuckee Cheese's to celebrate.

Abrahm is 4 months

He is quite the little wiggly worm these days. I have not officially seen him roll over yet but am sure he could if he wanted to (and if he didnt hate being on his stomach so much). I have however noticed him moving around in his crib and on the floor ( I leave him in one spot and come back to find him somewhere else) and some how he fell off the love seat today(probably courtesy of Royce). He arches his back and puts up his arms up  when he wants to be picked up. He loves! getting his diaper changed and giggles when I do it. He loves Luke and Bella but cringes when Roy gets close to him. He likes James okay but definitely prefers me.

He is still very mild and calm but has developed minor mommy separation issues which I really don't mind because I  have like keeping him nearby. His has picked one blanket as his favorite and gets very excited when I give it to him. It's a white soft one we got when Luke was a baby but haven't used much. His eyes are very active and I have a feeling in a few month when he gets mobile we are going to have another busy boy. He has started using his hands much more. He grabs things and puts the in his mouth and be have been putting him in the exersaucer or high chair for short amounts of time.

What else can I say but that he is great!
