Week one down

7 day fast

James and I completed a 7 day fast. We dry fasted three days, water faster, dry fasted, water fasted then dry fasted. There were many reasons for this fast most mostly because of the Meniers disease I have been diagnosed with which eventually lead to loss of hearing. I was also preparing for a major abdominal surgery to repair the muscles in my abdomin. It's was an amazing experience. The benefit are abundant and I would absolutely do it again.

Summer is over fall is up on us the kids are in school
